Reno Boy was in charge of going to the corner shop this evening to stock up on lollies for trick or treaters. With specific instructions to only buy wrapped lollies he returns with ...... Barley Sugar! Now from a kids perspective is that a trick or treat?
Lili Lange. Cuffs and cloches. It's like The Great Gatsby meets Bonnie and Clyde. Gorgeous designs created using vintage appliques, 1920s fabrics, old fashioned tulles and organza. Pure decadence x all images courtesy Lili Lange's etsy store
Fabulous frock find of the day. Lifeline in the Fancy Dress Section. Seriously some of my best finds have been in the fancy dress box and the dog blanket section (the hiding spot for all good chenille) The rhinestones are in perfect condition, not one stone missing and the top of the dress reminds me of some fabulous ballroom number. Perfection x
So hard to decide! in the end went for a fave frock of the year, a crimpoline number frock and coat, no ironing win win and the betty boop peep toe wonders found by the gorgeous RC when opshopping, she's her mumma's daughter!
For fabulous thrifted eye candy head on over to Sophies for fleamarket finds of the year Kris x

Mum and stepmum to four gorgeous girls, Style Queen (SQ), Rock Chic (RC) Photo Girl (PG) and Numbers Lady (NL) and nanny to three little ladies. Lives with boy, RC, two naughty dogs and stalker cat in 1950's cottage being renovated by said boy just like Noah from The Notebook.
Rather partial to opshopping, vintage haberdashery, old frocks, trashy romance novels, glass glitter, Australian ephemera, Florence Broadhurst wallpaper, vintage tickets, doilies, polka dot mixing bowls, millinery flowers, rhinestone brooches, nanna tins, salvaged sewing patterns, retro flower curtains, chenille bedspreads, chandeliers, discarded photographs, cut glass cakestands, kitchen cannisters, royal winton teasets and baking cupcakes. Perfect holiday would be travelling Australia with vintage caravan in tow and stopping at EVERY SINGLE country op shop along the way.
